God's Blessings

Heavenly Father, open our eyes to see the myriad ways in which You have poured out rivers of blessings over our lives. 

Help us to see through Your eyes how blessings can come disguised as unanswered prayers, trials, and challenges. 

Lord, we recoil from these "blessings", yet these are often the kind You choose to draw us closer to You, to help us get to know You better. 

Lord, if we find ourselves on a path we never planned to travel down, help us not become bitter, but to trust You, and thank You for the path. Help us believe Your promise that You are working everything out for our good, even the trials. Thank You, Lord. In Jesus Name, Amen.
